PADI eLearning Open Water Referral

PADI Open Water Diver Course candidates have the option of completing the academic segment of their Open Water Course online at home through PADI’s e-Learning program, and then finishing the course with the pool work and open water dives with us at Tokoriki Island Resort.

If time is an issue but you want to learn to dive whilst you are at Tokoriki, why not consider e-Learning? This option allows you to complete the academic portion of the course online, saving the pool work and open water dives for Tokoriki Island, Fiji. The online academics can be completed in your own time, at your own speed. The pool work and open water dives, are completed at Tokoriki and can be done in as little as three or four days.

The PADI Open Water Diver Course qualifies you to dive down to a recommended maximum depth of 18 m/60 ft with a buddy of same or greater training. The PADI Open Water Diver certification course is recognized world wide. With e-Learning candidates sign up online at www.padi.com and enrol with a Dive Centre. As you’re coming to Tokoriki, you should enrol with us. Tokoriki’s PADI Dive Centre name is “Tokoriki Diving (S-8373)”.

After enrolling, PADI’s e-Learning system presents you with interactive presentations that include video, audio, graphics and reading. Short quizzes let you gauge your progress and review and correct anything you might happen to miss.

We strongly recommend that if you sign up to e-Learning you also get in touch with us direct. This is so we can be of assistance should you need us, as well as to provide us with your dates so we know when to expect you at Tokoriki.

Once at Tokoriki, the rest of the course takes place—namely five pool sessions and four open water dives.
