Speak to any Dive Professional and they’ll tell you that the Rescue Diver course marked the changing point in their diving capabilities. It is a confidence boosting course… Rescue divers are characteristically in control, calm, safe and caring divers. The Rescue diver course is full of challenges and hands on learning experiences—its also a lot of fun! The course involves learning 10 in-water rescue skills which are then tried and tested in four Open water Rescue scenarios/dives. The Rescue Diver Course does involve completing the theory before arrival at Tokoriki Island Resort by signing up for PADI eLearning (details below). Allow at least five diving days once at Tokoriki Island Resort to complete the practical side of the Rescue Diver Course.

The PADI Rescue Diver Course is available online through PADI eLearning. Complete the academic portion of the Rescue Diver Course online whilst at home, leaving just the practical side of the course for your stay at Tokoriki.
