After one year of training and many exams Vili at long last became a PADI Divemaster in December 2009. Since then he has joined Will and Alex in taking Tokoriki guests on dive trips. He has made a wonderful Divemaster—not only is he experienced (having done over 1000 dives) but he is well trained, environmentally aware, fun and caring….what more could you want out of a dive leader?
We have also welcomed a new member of staff to the team—Aquila—or Aqu for short. At the moment Aqu crews on boats and is becoming a regular with guiding on Village Trips and Monuriki “Cast Away” tours. Last weekend Aqu did his first ever dive by doing a PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience and took to it like a duck to water! He is a very likeable chap, extremely friendly with a beautiful smile!
